Booking form to customer

Hi! I would like that in the confirmation-email that are sent out to the customer/ person that booked our course. Dont involve:

Gender:, Department:, Country:, Note: and so on.

We dont have these fields, in our booking form, so they dont have any information.
Its so annoying that they are a part of the confirmation-email then!
