Stripe Payment and Latest Update

Hi There,

I am making a website for a client and using the form here ifixapple.com.au/start-repair

Now I am having 2 major issues.
1. When I upload the 1.15 version of plugin. It does not allow me to click settings etc? Also all my services get lost so I have to reinstall ver 1.14

2. Stripe payments when paying shows Invalid Data and keeps loading but the payment is getting deducted

3. Emails notification to the employee email is not sent but is getting to the customer
