Hi, the steps on the top are not progressing correctly. Also, steps will not hide if I use the shortcode: [rp hide_serial_number=”1″ hide_head=”1″ show_city=”1″]
When you proceed with brand and models, steps will sometimes stay on step one or skip ahead steps and not be on the correct step.
1. How can I resolve the none-performing progressing of steps?
2. Is it possible to rename “Device” on the Steps workflow at the top and the “Change Device type?
3. Why is SMS not prompting? I am trying to complete my registration of Twillio and believe I need to have the Repair Booking setup for approval.Thank you in advance for your support.
