Plugin is not working (theme incompatibility)

Hi,

We bought the plugin and after install it we notice that inside the gallery we created there is no option to add images. After we changed the theme, the options are there.

The console shows no errors… how can this be diagnosed?

If you think this is solvable we have no problem providing access to the admin.
