Not all strings would translate

Hi,

I am trying to find the source of problem. I am translating into Romanian using Loco. For some reason some data will show translated, other won’t. For example, here are some lines from my PO file:

In this example, it will show translated:

#: templates/shortcodes/partials/delivery-method.php:43
msgid “Check availability”
msgstr “Verifică disponibilitatea”

This this example, it will not show translated:

#: inc/db/class-revy-db-setting.php:135
msgid “Let us know where you are”
msgstr “Unde ești?”

Why is that? Is the same PO file, why lines will work and other won’t? Are you able to guide me how to solve this?
