last step doesn't work

I’ve opened a ticket today since at this page

if you try to book a service, the plugin doesn’t go after the last step. You click the button and it hangs making impossible to go ahead.

So I’ve tried to install it on another site importing the demo data and everything works like a charm so I’m getting mad trying to understand what’s happen in the other site.

Tried to disable all the plugin, no luck. You can try for yourself and see what’s going on.

Can you help find out what’s happen on this site? Please note that this is a completely new site with a bunch of plugin like Astra Pro, Elementor Pro and a few other.

In the other ticket you have the admin credentials.
