how to set up the plugin?

Hi
I have little troubles with configuring the plugin on my test site. If I have the featured portfolio image, then I can see only the feature image and no portfolio pictures in the grid or another layout mode. If I have no featured image, then no portfolio can be seen. I have added Portfolio media.

Can you please guide me to the right direction so I can make portfolios like that not like this 🙂
