How to get equal height columns for isotope mode?

I would like the grid to be equal height in isotope mode. But sometimes it gets broken like its shown in the screenshot.

I read isotope documentation and found that its possible using this
$grid.isotope({ layoutMode: ‘fitRows’ })

But I have no clue how to use that code and where.
