Exclude half day availability of the boats

Hi, I have two booking options for boats, full day and half day.

I would like to know if when a boat is booked for half a day is it possible to remove it from availability just for half a day only?.

I can remove the availability of the boatfor the full day with the day off option.

But if the boat is booked for half a day, how can I remove it from availability just for half a day?
