I have installed and set up Apoint for my website. I am experiencing issues with the email notification in that it sends out the pending status notification when I changed the booking status from pending to approve. And what’s more annoying is that the email message it sends out is not the updated message that I have made changes to in the template. FYI I have set the general status as pending not approved.
What can I do to remedy this situation. Can you assist please as I need the notification to work
