Date when i book boats

Hi, when I book the boats (checkout with Woocommerce) I don’t see the booking date in the order and in the email confeirmation, only the amount paid and the boat booked. How can I fix this?

And one more thing: the boat booking calendar is in Cyrillic. How can I change the language to English? See attachment.
