Cannot complete booking

We continue to have issues with your booking plugin. Now clients cannot complete the booking process. They get to the final detail tab and click next, the button continues “spinning” and the action is never completed. We have had several clients contact us to make us aware of this problem.

Please help.

Also, phone number from submission form does not seem to display in the admin panel???
