the customers are listed in a customer area, but it has almost no function anymore. when a customer submits a repair order again, the data is inserted as a new customer.
that after placing an order a code is generated, why can’t this be used to view the status of the order in the customer area.
on the home page of wordpress an infobox for new orders or a general info about the plugin would be very helpful.
