Hello,
I’ve been experiencing problems with the steps after the purchase is complete.
On the booking screen, orders continue with the status:
Confirm participation: Not yet
Booking Status: No Process
In addition, no email is sent by the Fat-Event, either to the admin or to the customer.
Is there a bug in the last update?
