Set up revy plugin

Hi there

I purchased the revy plugin from themeforest but since owning it ive never managed to get it to work the way your video demo does

I repair apple devices, iPhones, iPads, macs, watches etc and would like to now utilise the plugin

I need it to simply work like your video in the documentation

Steps

Tell us what device you have

iPhone ipad iMac MacBook watch
Choose your device – iphone
Choose your model – iPhone 7 Plus
Choose your repair – screen
Choose your location – torquay
Choose your appointment –
Book repair

But i seem to be going around in circles as i dont know which items i need to add in the backend
