Request for simplified booking form

Dear Revy Support Team,

I would like to have a multi-step booking form where users can select Apple devices and choose the desired service.

The form should function as follows:

Step 1: Image selection – Choose device type (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac)
Step 2: Image selection – Choose device model (e.g., iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, etc.)
Step 3: Image selection – Choose service (e.g., Display Repair)
Step 4: Go directly to the calendar (without selecting delivery method or garage)

I’ve attached login details, it’s currently a test site, but I’m just getting the functionality working before I make the effort with the rest.
