Hello, I have a series of duplicate bookings that do not automatically disappear from the booking screen.
Apparently, when someone starts the purchase process, the seat is already reserved, regardless of whether the purchase reaches the end or not.
Many of these reservations don’t even appear as orders on Woocommerce. They only appear on the fat event bookings screen.
If these ghost purchases were to be deleted automatically after some time, it would be fine, but they stay there forever occupying seats.
As you can see in the attached images, I have only one purchase in the name of this client, but she is occupying seats as if she had bought 3 times.
How to solve this?
