These two plugins Slim SEO Schema and FAT Gallery are conflicting you can see on this demo site https://isitalive.co.uk/
FAT isn’t using any Gallery shortcode, both plugins have just been installed with no other settings, just having them both installed causes the error you’ll see it on the home page
