Plugin and theme (Divi) all running the latest versions.
Just added new images to the portfolio and new receiving this error. Directory and domain blocked out for security.

Also when cache and page are refreshed the page display is rectified BUT there are images missing from the gallery.
Please advise how this can be resolved.
