Event Shows 20 Available when out of stock in Woocommerce

We created a product called TEST WORKSHOP

TEST WORKSHOP

and for this workshop we created stock management levels. It works correctly in showing seats available until it is out of stock. When it is out of stock, it shows 20 seats available for purchase. If I go to try and purchase 5, for example, it then allows me to try to purchase and in the cart window it THEN says “this product is out of stock”.

What we NEED is for the ORDER NOW button to be hidden when the product is out of stock, or the quantity field to be ZERO and a statement that says “WORKSHOP FULL”.
