Some problems with displaying the form correctly

Hello,

I am trying to focus the plugin on the customer’s needs. I am just running into a few problems.

1) I’m trying to hide the “please choose delivery method”. I found this shortcode in another topic. When I use it it is hidden but it does not go to the next step

hide_delivery_method=’1′

If possible i would like to disable this step instead of hiding it.

2) Can i disable/hide the “choose a garage” step? There is only one garage so no choice needs to be shown.
3) It doesn’t use the working hours I set in the settings.
4) The dropdowns are not fully visible. They fall under other elements of the website, such as the footer
5) Is it possible to hide the prices for the services?
